Northumberland

26th May – 27th July, 1954

Recordings of many fiddle players and dance bands in Northumberland, including Jack Armstrong, Billy Conroy, Jimmy White, George Taylor, Ned Pearson, Billy Ballantine and Jake Hutton. Some recordings of Togo and Burns Crawford, among others, were also made across the Scottish border in Ayrshire.
